John Putman, President, Field Director, and Chairman of the Board
John is a graduate of Texas A&M University, the Russian Language Institute in Columbia, South Carolina, and Southwestern Theological Seminary. He and Sylvia lived nearly ten years in Eastern Europe teaching, training, and providing humanitarian aid to local hospitals, churches, and orphanages. They helped to start and develop the Great Commission Church, and CCI-Moldova, a mission training center, both in Chisinau, Moldova. In recent years, John has also worked as an adjunct faculty member teaching philosophy and ethics for a local community college in San Antonio, Texas.
Sylvia Putman, Field Coordinator
Sylvia serves as administrator, including finances and logistics, for the T&F ministry overseas. Sylvia is a graduate of the Russian Language Institute in Columbia, South Carolina. She and her family lived in Eastern Europe for nearly ten years. Sylvia served as president of the board of the International Women’s Club, a philanthropic organization in the Republic of Moldova, where she worked alongside members of the UN and various country embassies to educate the public on topics such as domestic violence and human trafficking. She visited local prisons to provide aid, helped to raise funds to build playgrounds throughout the country of Moldova, and to renovate the breast cancer ward of the country’s Oncological Hospital.
John and Sylvia have two grown children: Isaiah David and Hannah Elise. Isaiah is a graduate of Trinity University and Columbia University and lives in New York City. Hannah Elise is a graduate of Emerson College and lives in San Antonio, TX.

Kathleen Chinni, Treasurer
Recently retired as the Comptroller of Sigma Industrial Automation, Inc., Kathleen and her husband Dean have been friends and supporters of the Putmans’ ministry efforts since 1991. They have two grown children: Taylor and Ross and four grandchildren.
Velva Fallin, Secretary
Velva works as an ESL instructor at the University of Houston Language and Culture. She once served with the Southern Baptist International Mission Board as a teacher in East Asia for five years. She currently serves as director and teacher with “Internationals Making a Difference” Life Bible Study Class through her church, First Baptist in Houston, Texas.
Carole Putman, Board Member Emeritus
Mother of John Putman, and wife of Jim Putman, Carole has also served the Lord and His church for over 50 years – working in the community as an English and physical education teacher, and later as a school counselor. Throughout the years she has also developed a vital Bible teaching ministry within her the church, serving women, couples and college students. She continues to minister in her church at Northway Baptist in Angleton, Texas. Jim and Carol have four grown children: John, Tim, Annette and Ben along with many grandchildren.
Doug McQueen 
Doug is the Worship Pastor at Strong Tower Christian Fellowship in Adkins, Texas. He and his wife, Debbie, have been serving the Lord together for over 30 years. He has worked in worship and youth ministry in several churches, and with Champions, a financial development ministry for churches and ministries. He now works ministering to the spiritual needs of people in hospice care.

Debbie McQueen
Debbie is an elementary school teacher serving special needs children. Her expertise is using specially-trained dogs as a means to care for and enhance the lives of these special children. She and her husband, Doug, have served in and through the church for over 30 years. Doug and Debbie have two grown children: Randall and Natalie, and several grandchildren.
Dr. Aaron Pardue 
Aaron is the Discipleship Pastor of NorthSide Baptist Church in Watherford, Texas. He has been in Christian ministry for over 33 years. He recently completed his doctorate degree. He and his wife, Becky, have three children: Aaron, Jr., Andrew and John.

Joseph Constantine
Joseph is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. With over thirty years of experience as a Senior paster, He is presently serving as Senior Interim Pastor at Northway Baptist Church in Angleton Texas. Missions have always been important in Joseph’s life. He has been involved in short-term missions throughout his ministry – either leading or participating in numerous mission trips to South America, Europe and within the US.

Janice Rayburn Constantine
Janice has been actively involved in all aspects of ministry and mission involvement along with her husband, Joseph. She served as VBS director from 1980 consecutively until 2007. She has been active in the music ministry of their local church and has served on just about every committee or ministry team of the church. She has served as a Youth Counselor at Super Summer in Waco many times as well as numerous other Youth Camps.
We want to honor Jim Putman (1940-2018) as a Board Member Emeritus.

Father of John Putman, Jim, served the Lord and His church for over 50 years. He held the role of pastor, deacon, and general counsel to many churches through the years. He worked and retired as mission associate with the Gulf Coast Baptist Association, creating and developing ministry to seamen coming in and out of the Freeport, Texas industrial port. He helped several churches of the GCBA to begin ministry among the Bulgarian Muslim people of the Rhodope Mountains. He continued to serve his church of Northway Baptist Church in Angleton, TX until his passing in 2018.
