John Putman Field Director

Graduate of Texas A&M University, the Russian Language Institute in Columbia, South Carolina, and Southwestern Theological Seminary.  He and his wife Sylvia lived nearly ten years in Eastern Europe teaching, training, and providing humanitarian aid to local hospitals, churches, and orphanages.  They helped to start and develop the Great Commission Church, and CCI-Moldova, a mission training center, both in Chisinau, Moldova. Since 2009, John has led annual mission trips to Moldova, Romania, and Bulgaria, training and mentoring Christian leaders.

Sylvia Putman Field Coordinator

Sylvia serves as administrator, including finances and logistics, for the T&F ministry overseas. Her work has included creating, developing, and coordinating ministry to women, worship ministry, humanitarian aid, and philanthropic endeavors with other international expatriates as means of pre-evangelism.

Elise Miles Media & Administrative Assistant

Graduate of Emerson College. Elise developed and maintains the T&F International ministry website and other media. She also serves as the US-based administrator.
